Children and Young People Social Prescribing
What we do
Practical, early help for young people and families. This can include support around school pressures, confidence, low mood, friendships, getting active, or finding youth groups. Locally there is dedicated youth wellbeing support alongside PCN teams.
Who it is for
Children and young people, and their parents or carers, who would benefit from community-based support. For mental health assessment or treatment under 18, CAMHS is also available.
