Privacy notice

Billingham and Norton Primary Care Network operates this website. We do not collect or store patient identifiable information on the public site.

Public website

The public pages are static and read only. We use Cloudflare Pages to deliver the site quickly and securely. Cloudflare processes standard server logs (IP address, device information) for a short period to protect the service. We do not use third party trackers or advertising cookies.

Professionals and admin areas

The private professionals and admin areas require a Firebase account issued by Billingham and Norton PCN. When staff sign in we process:

• staff email address
• multi-factor authentication details (managed by Firebase Auth)
• role and practice assignments stored as Firebase custom claims
• audit logs of content changes (who edited, when, and what changed)

Data is stored in Google Firebase (EU multi-region). Accounts are managed by BNPCN admins. When a staff member leaves, their account is disabled and deleted routinely.

Images and documents

Images uploaded by editors are stored in Firebase Storage. Only authorised staff can upload files and all assets are scanned before publication.
